Terms of Service

Professional, neutral and compliant services to support your business in China.

1. Scope of Services

China‑Support provides professional services including Company Verification Reports (Basic, Plus, Ultimate), Procurement & Supplier Management, Product Solutions, Personal Shopping, and Travel Planning. All services emphasize transparency, reliability and cost‑effective value.

2. Compliance & Neutrality

All services are conducted in strict compliance with Chinese laws and regulations. Company Verification Reports are neutral and objective, built on public records and official sources including SAMR, CNIPA, GSXT, and China Judgments Online. Where data points are unavailable or inconclusive, related disclaimers will be clearly stated.

3. Pricing & Delivery

  • Basic Report: $99, delivery in 3 business days.
  • Plus Report: $199, delivery in 5 business days.
  • Ultimate Report: $399, delivery up to 2 weeks and may include on‑site verification.

Delivery windows are counted in business days. On‑site verification excludes classified or sensitive areas and is performed only for companies legally permitted for investigation under Chinese law.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

Payment is due upon order confirmation. If a company registration cannot be identified in mainland China for the verification scope, a minimal fee of $9.9 is charged and the remaining amount is refunded.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information and lawful requests.
  • Use delivered materials solely for legitimate business purposes.
  • Respect applicable local and international regulations when acting on delivered insights.

6. Acceptable Use

Clients shall not use services or deliverables for unlawful activities, personal harassment, defamation, privacy violations, or any action contradicting compliance requirements. Reverse engineering, unauthorized copying, or resale of proprietary deliverables is prohibited.

7. Deliverables & Limitations

Reports are best‑effort compilations of the latest publicly available data at the time of delivery. China‑Support does not guarantee exhaustive completeness or future changes of the target company’s status. Operational decisions remain the client’s sole responsibility.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, services and deliverables are provided “as is”, without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose or non‑infringement. China‑Support is not liable for indirect losses resulting from business decisions based on delivered materials.

9. Limitation of Liability

China‑Support’s aggregate liability for any claim related to a specific service order is limited to the fees paid for that order. This limitation applies unless prohibited by applicable law.

10. Support & Communication

Support window: 10/3 Support (Beijing Time, 10:00–15:00, weekdays). Clients may reach us via the contact form or direct email; response is typically within 1–3 business days.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are intended to comply with Chinese law. In case of conflicts of laws or cross‑border compliance issues, parties agree to cooperate to resolve them in good faith under applicable regulations.

12. Changes to Terms

China‑Support may update these Terms to reflect service changes, compliance updates, or best practices. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
